Based on international and domestic industrial standards and customer requirements, we set up higher internal quality assurance standards to implement comprehensive and full quality management. Neway possesses an advanced inspection center with CNAS and DNV certifications, capable of independently conducting all inspections and tests from prototype trial certification to final product factory inspections. The inspection and tests include: RT、PT、MT、UT、spectral analysis material identification (PMI) 、microstructure testing 、a variety of mechanical tests 、fire test 、cryogenic test、high temperature test、vacuum test、low fugitive emission test、high pressure gas test 、fluid power test 、the product life test 、conventional pressure test 、series of valves experiments.To ensure the quality, Neway set up its own casting factory. From raw materials to finished products to effectively control each process. In addition, Neway actively employs 6 Sigma within the whole company to implement our "zero defect" program. Through advanced statistical analysis we continue to improve process control and management capabilities.
